How does it work?

The route can be followed either in the direction of Pontecesures-Vilanova de Arousa or the other way around. The degree of difficulty is low, as almost everything is at sea level. You can complete it in a single stage –which can be done in a single day– or divide it into the two sections you prefer.

It doesn’t matter which option you choose. The most important thing is that you will have the possibility to know all the information about the route and the different places of interest -both main and secondary ones as well as recommendations. A unique opportunity to discover all that Mar de Santiago hides as it is the territory through which the remains of the Apostle were taken on the way to Santiago, giving rise to the Traslatio route and the phenomenon of pilgrimages to Compostela.
