Located between the villages of Parafita and Raxoi, which they are called after, it is a narrow, rugged canyon through which the water of the Valga River rushes through, forming continuous waterfalls. Its surroundings feature several waterwheels, footbridges and wooden bridges that make up a beautiful river landscape that forms part of a characteristic riverside forest.
Undoubtedly, the wettest months are ideal for exploring this spot, especially in autumn, when the forest begins to change colour, and the mosses and ferns acquire their full intensity.
