Located near the N-550 road, this recreational area through which the Valga River flows features an extensive woodland. It includes a beautiful trail, stone tables and benches, a landscaped area, river beach, children’s playground, etc. Several wooden footbridges enable us to cross the river and enjoy this green space, in which a commemorative alcohol still stands out; it commemorates the popular Local Eau-de-Vie and Eel Festival. There is also a statue of La Bella Otero, who was born in Valga in 1868 and became renowned in the Paris of the Belle Époque.
